Diving: 12th Interschools Diving Championships


During the 12th Interschools Diving Championships held from 13 to 14 April 2024, divers Clara Liaw, Max Lee Shen Oon, and Tyler Lee Dee Oon achieved remarkable success. Brothers Tyler and Max swept the gold medals, with Tyler securing two golds in the Boys’ 1m Springboard and 3m Springboard (Level 10) categories, while Max earned gold in the Boys’ 1m Springboard (Level 12) category. Clara also excelled, clinching gold in the Girls’ 3m Springboard (Level 11) and silver in the Women’s Open 3m Springboard event.

Sport Climbing: FF Verticrux Speed Competition

Janelle Phua climbed her way to a 3rd-place finish at the BFF Verticrux speed competition in the ‘B’ Division category held on 6 April 2024 at Our Tampines Hub.

Triathlon: Africa Triathlon Championships

Lim Cheng Yu showcased exceptional skill and endurance as he secured 2nd place in the Standard Aquathlon Elite Men category at the esteemed 2024 Africa Triathlon Aquathlon Championships held in Hurghada, Egypt, from 19 to 21 April 2024.

Water Polo: Waterpolo NSW Championship

Russell Yuan Zhihan who competed at the Waterpolo NSW Championship, was part of the gold medal winning Sydney University team who took out the 14&U boys’ Championship title. Russell and his Sydney University teammates were undefeated for 42 games across the season.

Wushu: International Wushu Invitational Tournament 2024


Wushu exponents and post-secondary student-athletes Kassandra Ong and Chia Kai Ming brought home well-fought medals from the International Wushu Invitational Tournament 2024 held from 21 to 26 April in China. Kassandra, who had recently switched from Changquan events to Nanquan events, had a boost in her confidence as she earned a silver medal in her first international representation in Nangun. She was also part of the Women’s Duilian team, which attained silver and won bronze for Nandao. Chia Kai Ming also performed outstandingly in his first international representation, earning a silver medal in Gunshu and a bronze medal for Daoshu. The two post-secondary student-athletes contributed significantly to Team Singapore’s medal tally of 8 silver and 5 bronze at the competition.
