Shooters Score Medals At NTU Invitational

The Nanyang Technological University Invitational Shoot was back after the COVID-19 struck off the event last year. Held from 28 March to 10 April 2021, Singapore Sports School student-athletes and alumni reaped a score of medals – 10 golds, 5 silvers and 5 bronzes.

Two student-athletes – pistolers Clarice Lee Shan Rong (Secondary 2) and Shirlene Hew Yun Ting (Extended IBDP) – and one alumna – rifler Adele Tan Qian Xiu – emerged best in their categories, clinching both the individual and team event golds. Five other Shooting Academy student-athletes also did well to collect two medals apiece in the competition.
