Golf: Singapore Junior Masters, Notah Begay III China Grand Finals
Denise Ng Wan Xin also did well at the Notah Begay III China Grand Finals, held at Mission Hills Golf Club. She secured an impressive 2nd place in the Girls' 'A' Division and ranked 6th overall.
Gymnastics: JRC Stars Championship
The 3rd JRC Rhythmic Gymnastics Star Championships showcased remarkable talent and determination from participants, with standout performances from our student-athletes. Cleo demonstrated grace and skill in the senior ribbon event, finishing 6th with a commendable score of 23.150. Evangeline Ng Hu En also had a strong showing, achieving 8th place in the Individual All-Around with a total score of 74.600. She secured 6th place in both the Junior Ball and Ribbon events, scoring 19.550 and 20.000 respectively.
Sport Climbing: CRANK Lead 2024, Asian Climbing Championship
Secondary 1 sport climber Janelle Phua, the youngest competitor in the Women’s Intermediate Category at the CRANK Lead 2024 competition in Kuala Lumpur, achieved an impressive feat by winning gold. Despite facing tough regional competitors, she defied expectations and secured the top position in this premier lead climbing event in Southeast Asia.
Natalie Goh Sihui represented Singapore at the IFSC Asian Climbing Championship Tai’an 2024, held from 10 to 14 October in China, where she showcased her skills by reaching the semi-finals in both the Lead and Boulder events. The competition featured a total of 11 countries, with Thailand and Singapore being the only teams from Southeast Asia.
