Fencers Amazing Feat At The NSG!
National School Games: Fencing
They put their best foot forward and took on the competition with confidence, hoping that their time spent training will pay off – and it did. After three days of competing at the ‘B’ Division Fencing National School Games, our fencers did us proud by bringing home a total of 10 medals. Their impressive showing at the competition has also resulted in Singapore Sports School being crowned both ‘B’ Division Boys and Girls Overall Champions!
In the foil event, Nabihah Raeidah Mohammad Fadly (Secondary 2) edged out the competition in the girl’s category and stood proud as she held the gold medal on the podium. Rachel Koh Rui Jie (Secondary 4) also made it to the podium as she finished third in the event. Soliano Logan Seth Tan (Secondary 3) took home the bronze medal in the boy’s category.
