Act of Kindness Wins ROAR Award
Roar Award - February 2024
The recipient of the Roar Award for February 2024 is Ayden Seah Z-We, a Secondary 3 student-athlete from the Shooting Academy. Upon learning that his classmate was recuperating from knee surgery and required a wheelchair for mobility, Ayden took immediate initiative to assist him. He would arrive early before school to retrieve the wheelchair and wait to help his classmate to the pickup point after school.
Additionally, Ayden consistently remained by his classmate's side, helping him navigate to classes and during lunch breaks. Throughout the week, he demonstrated patience and kindness, ensuring his classmate's comfort and well-being.
Ayden's actions exemplify commendable kindness and support, and his actions won him the ROAR Award, which is given to student-athletes who exhibit the school's core values.
