IN PICTURES: Friendly Competition To Connect Past And Present Student-Athletes
Past vs Present Games
On 29 October 2022, past student-athletes streamed into Singapore Sports School for a friendly competition with the current student-athletes. Known as the Past vs Present Games, the 4th edition of the Games was organised for past student-athletes to connect with the School, and for present-student athletes to play and spar with their seniors. They could participate in sports such as Badminton, Bowling, Football, Netball. Table Tennis, Fencing, Shooting, Captains’ Ball and Water-Polo.
After the Games, all of them gathered at the Auditorium to hear speeches by Ms Janice Yun, the President of the Alumni Association and Principal Ong Kim Soon. The winners, and the Most Valuable Player among the past student-athletes in each group were announced during the closing event.
