2019 Singapore National Amateur Championship

The Indonesia Amateur Open held in Banten, Indonesia from 13 August concluded on 16 August with Singapore Sports School alumni Lucius Toh Zheng Xian and Low Wee Jin tying at second place, while post-secondary student-athlete Justin Kuk Zheng Zhong finished in fifth place.

Lucius continued to cruise to one more medal at the 20th Singapore National Amateur Championship held from 20 to 23 August, claiming the Men’s championship title, while Sports School alumna Callista Chen Wan Qing took the Women's championship title.

Lucius, who previously won the championship title in 2016, was in a winning position throughout the game before concluding the match with a 4 & 2 final score. Callista won the women’s title with a 5 & 4 final score, which included pitching in for eagle on the 23rd hole (5th – Par 4). At the same Singapore Championship, Sports School post-secondary student-athletes Andre Chong Wei Zer and Justin Kuk Zheng Zhong took the second and third place respectively, while alumnus Edgar Oh Jie Qi came in fourth.
