STAGES OF SELECTION	RESULT
Phase 1: Online Tea Session Target Group: P6 swimmers and their family who are interested to find out more about the Swimming Academy Hosts: Senior General Manager and Coaches Period: January to May 2024 Tea Session will end with Q&A session with Hosts	Interested applicants are to complete the online Registration Form: https://go.gov.sg/ssp-application-enrol; and subsequently express interest for our P6 Combined Training via: https://forms.gle/aaKaLrAK6RDWnxNf7
Phase 2: P6 Combined Training Target Group: P6 swimmers who have applied and expressed interest to join the Swimming Academy Venue: Singapore Sports School Long Course or Short Course Pool Date: To be advised Time: 07:30h to 10:00h (School Tour and Q&A Session for parents will be conducted on selected Saturdays) Participants must be proficient in all 4 strokes and have prior swim training and racing experience.	The purpose of the combined training is for our coaches to assess the child’s train-ability, coach-ability and ability to work in a team. It is also for the child to experience the training environment, swim programme and to know more about the Academy. Shortlisted applicants will be notified for e-engagement within a month after Combined Training.
Phase 3: One-to-One Online Engagement Session Purpose: To better understand swimmer’s aspirations and to answer further questions from parents Target Group: Shortlisted P6 applicant and family after Combined Training Engagement Team: Assistant Director / Senior General Manager and Head Coach / Coach Period: March to June 2024	Shortlisted applicants will be notified for admission interview within a month after the e-engagement.
Phase 4: Interview (Online) Period: April to July 2024	Successful applicants will be offered Direct School Admission to the Singapore Sports School.
