‘C’, ‘B’ Teams Keep Clean Slate
2019 National School Games (Football)
Both “C” and “B” Division footballers have won all their matches in the National School Games 2019 season to date.
The “C” boys have played Kranji Secondary School, Zhenghua Secondary School, Nan Hua High School and Regent Secondary School in the National “C” Division Championships that opened its season on 12 February.
The “B” boys have gone further into their National “B” Division competition, finishing the Preliminary Round with a clean slate against Punggol Secondary School, Canberra Secondary School, NUS High School of Mathematics and Science and St Joseph’s Institution in January, then defeating Naval Base Secondary School, Bedok South Secondary School and Woodgrove Secondary School in the League Qualifying Round in February. Advancing to the League 1 Championship Round 1, they won both matches against Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) and Bendemeer Secondary School on 4 March and 6 March respectively.
